Even though temps are still in the 80s each day and the new school year just started, we are gonna be addressing Christmas cards before we know it. Every year I vow to have our cards done by Thanksgiving.  I don’t think that’s ever actually happened, but it’s a good goal. September is a perfect time for fall photos.  It’s not likely to be cold, our schedules aren’t as frantic, and I like that the leaves are still green.  Because, those green leaves…they look really great with this red truck.

These Vintage Pickup Photo Sessions were a big hit last year, so I’m really excited to be bringing them back for 2016. These images really make the greatest Christmas card photos. I’ll even have a Christmas tree on hand that day, so bring your winter hats, a big blanket or your coats to wrap up in, and at the very end of your shoot, we’ll throw the tree in the back of the truck for a couple of bonus Christmas-themed shots as well.  It’s so much easier to just look like you’re cold than to actually be freezing during your photoshoot, right?
